A project and an inner conviction emerged when a professor of criminal law engaged by Fredrik Fasting Torgersen was convicted of defamation. The professor had signed a contract with the convicted murderer and was to receive a percentage of the compensation if they managed to overturn the verdict.
Every time collective memory dedicated to one perspective is allowed to run rampant for years, because actors with an agenda are blinded by the pursuit of money and career trinkets, all that remains is corruption and banal evil. The Criminal Procedure Act from 2004 does Norway a huge disservice. I am working on ideas and want to highlight problems in the complaint culture we institutionalized, and hope this will help those who wants this to end.
